Tell Gregory how your business works. Get the app that runs it.
Ask Gregory builds a real app for your business — your customers, your bookings, your bills — from a conversation, with no code and no template to bend into shape. It's a web app: open it in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. No app store, nothing to install.
Gregory is an AI. Every build is tested and checked before it reaches you.
I run a small tutoring centre. Schools send us students, and some families sign up on their own. Schools like one bill a month.
Gregory- Students, families and schools, each with their own records
- Session notes only your tutors can open
- Schools billed monthly, due on the 5th; families pay per session
Four steps, and you're in charge of each one.
Talk to Gregory
In plain words — your words. Gregory suggests what's typical for a business like yours, and you say what's different. Stop whenever you like.
See a Quick look
A sketch of your app to click through before anything is built, so you can tell Gregory what's missing.
Built and checked
Your app is built from what you said, then tested and reviewed. You see everything Gregory decided for you, in plain words.
It's yours
You give the go-ahead and it opens at your address. Want something changed later? Just ask Gregory.
The everyday running of your business, in one place.
Every app is made for the business that asked for it — in its own words. These are the pieces Gregory puts together.
Your records
Customers, appointments, orders, results — whatever your business keeps track of, called what you call it.
A page for your customers
They sign in to see what's theirs — and only what's theirs.
Getting paid
Invoices by email, paid on your customer's own phone: cards through Stripe, plus cash and checks. Bills per visit, or one bill a month for groups.
Forms they fill in
Sign-up forms, waivers and consent forms, filled in and signed on your customer's own phone, and kept with their record.
Reminders that send themselves
Payment reminders, results ready, a nudge before an appointment — sent by your app, so you don't have to remember.
Your team
Staff get the access their job needs. Some details can be kept to only the people who should see them.
Your own address
Your app opens at yourname.ask-gregory.com, or at app.yourdomain if you have a domain. Your website gets the domain itself.
A website, too
Carlos designs your business's website from what your app knows. Prices, hours and services stay right by themselves, and nothing goes live until you say so. See how it works.
Your email, answered
Forward your business email to your app. Judy answers what she knows and hands you the rest.
Your website answers questions
Judy answers visitors in a chat box on your website, from what you've told her, and brings you what she doesn't know. See how it works.
The tools you already use
Your Google Calendar and Google Sheets kept up to date, QuickBooks soon, and other services connected with their key.
Two builders, one business.
Gregory builds the app that runs your business. Carlos builds the website your customers find you by. Both come with your plan, and your website reads your prices and hours straight from your app, so they always match.

Gregory
Builds your appFrom a conversation about how your business runs. A person checks every build before it's yours.

Carlos
Builds your websiteFrom what your app knows and a few quick questions. Add pages, photos and video whenever you like, and nothing goes live until you say so.
A team that works inside your app.
Helpers are AI assistants with a name and a role, and their roles keep growing. They do the everyday chores, like answering emails, sending forms and keeping your calendar up to date, and they ask you before anything goes out until you trust them. The one exception is Judy's chat on your website, because a visitor won't wait.

Gregory
Lead assistantBuilds your app, changes it when you ask, and looks after your helpers.

Judy
Front deskRuns your front desk: answers customer email from what you've told her, sends forms and welcomes, and follows up.

Grace
Office managerKeeps your office tools in step with your app. Today: your Google Calendar and sheets, and each morning's run-down.

Carlos
Web designerDesigns your website from what your app knows, keeps it current, and asks you before anything goes live.

Iris
ResearcherThe one helper who reads outside your app: web pages, searches and connected services. She only reads, and hands it to another helper.
A helper of your own
Made for youReminders, follow-ups, a weekly check: describe the chore, and Gregory builds a helper to do it.
Checked before it's yours.
In the old silversmiths' guilds, every piece was tested and stamped before it could be sold. That mark was called a hallmark. We do the same with your app.
- Built from what you told Gregory — and anything Gregory had to decide for you is listed in plain words.
- Tested by walking through it the way you and your customers will.
- Reviewed before you ever see it.
- Nothing goes live until you say so.
What it does well, and what it doesn't do yet.
If Ask Gregory isn't the right fit for your business, Gregory will tell you — and why.
Good at
- Small businesses with customers, bookings, records and bills to keep straight
- Replacing the spreadsheet, the paper forms and the "I'll remember to call them"
- Growing with you: changes are a conversation, not a project
- Working on a phone as well as a computer
- Keeping the tools you already use up to date: Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and soon QuickBooks
- A website that stays right by itself: your prices, hours and services come straight from your app
Not yet
- Text messages — coming soon; reminders go by email for now
- Card payments other than Stripe
- Changes you make in Google or QuickBooks aren't copied back into your app: it updates them one way
- Accounting software other than QuickBooks, and sales tax in QuickBooks
Something you need isn't here? Tell Gregory. Requests are tracked, and you hear back when it's ready.
If your business runs on people, it's probably a fit.
It isn't about your industry — it's about how you work. Ask Gregory fits businesses that:
- keep track of customers, clients or members
- book, schedule or sign people up
- send bills and take payments
- follow up with reminders and emails

Good to know.
Is Gregory a person?
No. Gregory is an AI, and it will always say so. The people at Ask Gregory review what's built and help when you need it.
Are the helpers people?
No. Every helper is an AI, and is labelled as one. They work inside your app, and only Iris reads outside it, they ask you before they act while they're new (except Judy's website chat, which answers straight away), and you can pause any of them at any time. More about helpers.
Can a helper read my email?
Only email sent to your app's own address. Forward your business email there if you'd like Judy to answer it. She never reads your personal inbox, and she hands you anything she isn't sure of.
Does it work with my other software?
Your app keeps Google Calendar and Google Sheets up to date, with QuickBooks coming soon. You share only the calendar or sheet you choose. Other services can be connected with their key. Changes made in those tools aren't copied back into your app.
Do I need to know anything about software?
No. You know your business; that's what Gregory needs. Gregory suggests what's typical and you react — keep it, change it, or skip it.
Who can see my records?
The people you let in. Ask Gregory's support can look inside your app only while you allow it, and you can see every visit. In a real emergency we can open it without asking first — and every owner is emailed the reason at once.
Is my card safe?
Payments go through Stripe, a major payment company. Your card number goes straight to Stripe, so neither we, Gregory nor your helpers ever see it. We only see the type of card and its last four digits, so you can tell which one you're using. The same goes for your customers: when they pay you by card, their number goes straight to Stripe and never touches your app.
Is there a limit on AI?
Yes: your plan includes a $75 monthly AI allowance for your helpers, shown in dollars in Gregory, with what's left and when it renews. Need more? Add more, and what you add rolls over for as long as you have your plan. If it runs out, your app keeps working: only the helpers' AI pauses, and Judy hands new emails to you. Gregory's building and changes don't use it. For example, a busy month with every helper at work uses about $10–20 of it.
Can you make my website?
Yes. Carlos, your web designer, makes it from what your app already knows and a few quick questions, and keeps your prices, hours and services right by themselves. You see it on a phone and a computer before it goes live, and nothing changes on it until you say so.
Can I change my app later?
Yes. Tell Gregory what you'd like, and each change is checked before it goes live, just like the first build.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes. They're yours. Download everything in your app — every record and every file — from its settings, any time.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time from Gregory → Your plan — no call, no email. Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then your app is switched off and kept for four weeks, in case you change your mind, before it's removed. Download your records first, and they go with you.
Your business, the way it actually runs.
